Sommelier's opinion

This wine is a trip to Sicily. A blend of four native vines that give life to a wine of a strong character, which expresses all the characteristics of its territory. It is powerful, majestic, enveloping ... a succession of sensations and aromas. The hint of initial fruit leaves room for tertiary hints of spices and balsamic. A medium-bodied wine with soft and well-integrated tannins. Every sip of this wine summons rich dishes such as a meat sauce, game, mature cheeses or, to remain in the territory, a true Sicilian arancino.

To be tried again in 2-3 years. Great value for money.
