Sommelier's opinion

A Chianti Classico slightly revisited in a modern key. We recognize the characteristics of the Tuscan wine tradition but this wine is more powerful, more intense but at the same time elegant. Absolutely to pair with red meat that will best fight against the majestic tannins of this wine. Already pleasant, if opened a couple of hours before, it is almost a shame to drink it now because with time it will improve even more.
