Sommelier's opinion

At first sight it seems the classic Lambrusco with its impenetrable purple red color, the creamy pink mousse and the intense fruity and vinous aromas. In the mouth, on the other hand, it does not have the classic soft scents of Parma sparkling wines and shows a decisive and slightly bitter tannin in the finish. Faithful companion of cured meats, cheeses and dishes of the Emilian cuisine.
